We use the Diamond Core Drilling technique because it possesses the dual benefits of minimum vibration and dust free output, providing you, our clients, with the best possible method of fulfilling your construction drilling requirements.

We drill very neat, clean holes through all types of mass and reinforced concrete, brickwork and blockwork. A very quiet and efficient, non-vibratory way of forming holes and slots, particularly if the prevention of noise and spalling is important. We also have the facility for water control should this be required.

Concreting

Trafalgar Construction provides skilled, trained and CSCS certificated team of highly skilled and experienced concrete operatives and finishers and whether it is new concreting slabs on car parks or highways a good finish is produced through training and years of experience.

Floor/Wall Sawing

Trafalgar Construction use a Wall/track Saw which uses a circular blade on a track-mounted machine. The track-mounted wall saw is a fast, accurate method of creating larger openings, using diamond blades. It is more typically used to cut precise dimensional openings such as doors, vents and windows. The track is fixed to horizontal walls or steep inclines when the use of a floor saw is not permitted. It is also an ideal option for forming precise openings in any concrete structure.
