Great communication, from the office and the engineer, so I knew exactly when my engineer would arrive to do the work!

Matthew, was respectful of my home and took his shoes off in the porch, before he entered the front door!

Matthew, worked conscientiously and tidily. He explained and demonstrated how my new boiler thermostat worked and fitted the new thermostatic values on my two radiators upstairs.

He went above and beyond by ensuring the radiators were balanced in terms of heat, so the upstairs radiators gave much greater heat than previously. Matthew was highly professional, friendly, courteous, polite and went the extra mile to ensure the job was done properly. I would highly recommend this company for its efficiency and reliability and above all skill in getting the job done 500%!

Gas engineer Corban from Elite Energy visited us yesterday 18th Feb to change the Power Valve, for water on our central heating system. Kept us up to date on expected arrival and when he was nearby.
Very efficient and professional, clean and tidy. Excellent communicator to my wife, and demonstration of what work he had done and parts added. Friendly polite and explanatory. After 'other' engineers visit last week - who was awful, Corban was exceptional. Thank you very much appreciated

Great company the heat pump service was booked for 12 and the engineer phoned first and arrived at 11 30. I told him that the radiators were taking time to get hot so he altered one of the settings they were much better . The people in the office are so polite and will help with any query ,the heat pump maintained schedule gives you peace of mind knowing that should anything go wrong they are there to fix it they also do boiler and home cover plumbing and electrics at a reasonable rate . Thanks emergency cover so glad I found your company ..
