This farcical company delivered an immensely heavy Juliet balcony to me with just one man, the driver. It should have been a 3 to 4 man lift to unload the balcony.
Now the balcony has been damaged during unloading they refuse to negotiate to provide either a replacement or compensation.
I’m now awaiting my credit card company to help. Failing that I’ll be taking civil action action these unprofessionals. Even the likes of curry’s, ao & Argos send a 2 man delivery team to unload items half the weight & size of this Juliet balcony
I recommend you purchase from elsewhere or you may end up with a brand new damaged glass balcony like I have

4mm toughened glass for greenhouse.
Although slightly dubious about ordering from a company I’ve never heard of and not local (300mile away) I’m so glad I took the plunge.
A great customer service from Helen and the team from start to finish, clearly there was nothing for me to worry about.
Their website is easy to use and made ordering online a doddle and for those shapes they don’t have on their website a quick email and rough diagram sorted any issues there.
All glass arrived on time well packed and with no breakages.
It’s a company I wouldn’t hesitate to use again and I’d definitely recommend it to others who need quality glass cut to size.

I wanted to replace the spindles on my stair case with 10mm toughened glass so I spoke to a few companies in Bristol and they could only work to an accuracy of 3mm. But as my house is over 80 years old the angles and shapes are not regular and I didn’t think this was accurate enough.
I made 7 templates in hardboard and started to phone around. I called The Glass Warehouse where I spoke to Michael Heady and immediately was convinced they knew their business so we agreed on price, cheaper than I could find in Bristol, and I placed the order.
I was worried that the final shaped glass wouldn’t be as accurate at the templates but Michael kept telling me not to worry.
The glass arrived and it is absolutely perfect and I am so pleased with the overall price and service I received from Michael and Express Glass Warehouse
