Visionary Lofts

My partner Richard and I were looking for a loft conversion company in South London, and found Visionary Lofts. We have a home in Bermondsey SE1 but spend most of our time abroad. I did the usual thing, I rang a few companies, but decided Visionary Lofts would be the ones who we would proceed with mainly because JP at Visionary Lofts was very proactive around providing us the information we needed to make an informed decision.
When I was doing my research around the loft companies to go for I read Visionary Lofts’ reviews. Richard got in touch with Visionary Lofts and arranged an initial call with JP. As the property was tenanted (and not accessible) at the quotation stage JP was able to provide an initial quotation based on the drawings. We then had a follow up call to run through the ins and outs of the quote. Once we arrived back in the UK JP visited us twice in person to ensure that all of the specific details of our project had been accounted for.
I’m only commenting here on the initial consultation and pre construction phase of the project. Due to the head height in the loft being lower than we would have liked and also some time constraints we’ve decided to put the project on hold until our future return to the UK. I really wanted to write this because Visionary invested a lot of time, showed flexibility and commitment throughout, and building companies like this are a rare breed in London
