My parents contracted this company for a roofing job almost a year ago, we were initially pleased with the work but problems surfaced afterwards, it is understandable that weather patterns and infrastructure can not always lead to a perfect outcome but what disappointed us most was the lack of professionalism and reliability by this company in communication and returning. On two occasions we were given a time to turn up (from Birmingham) only to be told when arriving in London that they were unavailable. As well as this, responses are limited and constantly cancelled at short notice. Unacceptable given the amount paid and cost involved in losing tenants. Would advise to avoid in future if this is the norm.
