We can now offer:

• Qualified surveyors, fully equipped to survey any property before building work commences
• Working with architects, builders and local authority
• Full comprehensive easy to read report with sample analysis if asbestos is found
• Use of an ATCT approved laboratory
• Flat fee of £450 for standard 3 bed property which includes 8 samples plus report
• £15 for any extra samples required
