Why construction ireland would be associating itself with a store which when asked for a vat receipt for a vat registered client they refused to give one saying that the dont do hand written vat receipts anymore

I often visit Homebase at Bredbury to buy or to browse. I must say the ladies on the checkouts are a credit to Homebase, very pleasing and pleasant. I particulary would like to mention the wonderful service that i received from a very pleasant young man. Nothing was too much trouble in helping me and made sure i was very satisfied with my purchase.He was extremely courteous and showed me great respect. There was an incident that upset me at the way he was being treated by an older lady in the store.I found out his name was Chris by this older lady shouting at him from a distance. I felt very embarrassed by her superior attitutude towards him. Please can you ask all your staff to show respect to other staff no matter what their status is. I left your lovely store very despondent. I do hope to shop again at Homebase and will definitely look for this young man [Chris] to assist me should i need it.

unbelievable help given by Amy and Helen on customer service desk Sun 25th Aug. looking for table decorations for wedding and they went to no end of trouble to get the required number ..thank you for all your patience.
