Asbestos Management Surveys
The purpose of the Management Survey is to locate and identify all known Asbestos containing materials and to record this information on a register. This is the type of survey required under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 in order to properly manage Asbestos in your buildings.

Asbestos Sampling and Analysis
If you think you’ve found an Asbestos containing material we provide sampling and analysis to confirm what type of Asbestos you have and provide a material score to let you understand the risk. We recommend that you don’t take samples yourself if you aren’t suitably trained and qualified.

Asbestos Reinspections
If you’ve previously had an Asbestos Management Survey that has found ACM’s you will need to manage them. We arrange and undertake re-inspections to ensure that your property remains safe and compliant with regulations. Re-inspections should take place either annually or bi-annually.

Asbestos Project Management
The process of managing Asbestos and its removal can be a daunting and complex subject, our team will guide you through the whole process: surveying, sampling, analysis, management plans and then safely manage any removal if necessary. Removal isn’t always the best course of action so we provide management plans and re-inspections to keep your Asbestos safe. In the event of removal we ensure your property is suitable for reoccupation, giving you peace of mind.

Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys
Required before any refurbishment and/or demolition work is carried out. This type of survey is used to locate and describe, as far as reasonably practicable, all ACMs in the area where the refurbishment work will take place or in the whole building if demolition is planned. The survey will be fully intrusive and involve destructive inspection, as necessary, to gain access to all areas including those that may be difficult to reach.
