DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!
We engaged Strout Green Windows to replace our garden doors and side window. Despite the inspection visit, taking exact measurements and commitment to a specific installation date, 3 months later they still didnt fulfill the order.
At first they missed the workshop slot which caused initial 2 week delay, then they arrived with pre-fabricated unit and couldnt fit it through the property door. Since then, instead of producing a new unit, they insist on cutting/disjointing the pre-fabricated one to make it good. They tried to convince us to accept asymmetrical sill, and side panels, make constant excuses about the timelines and refuse to reimburse our money.
We placed the order in July and agreed the mid-August installation date as part of the contract. Its been 3 months and weve lost all confidence in them and the quality of the product. We are now being forced to accept a refurbished unit or loose our money.
