For each and every waterproofing installation, Surrey Basements provide a ten-year company guarantee, which can be insurance backed through the Construction Guarantee Service (CGS) or the Guarantee Protection Insurance (GPI) to ensure peace of mind.
Nothing but the best
At Surrey Basements there are two types of waterproofing processes that we use: cementitious and cavity drain membrane. In normal circumstances, we use the cavity drain membrane system because the water is channeled and the hydrostatic pressure on the building is relieved. The correct system will always be designed for each specific job to ensure a dry environment is fully guaranteed.
Services
We are able to design and install structural waterproofing systems for new build projects or existing structures below ground. We can work with your engineer or architect to overcome any problematic areas in respect of the build. A lot of our work is remedying failed systems which are more often than not designed wrongly for the particular build. We also provide ground and surface water sump servicing for sumps and pumps installed by us or by others. These are usually carried out on an annual basis.

From first email, we arranged for John to drop in within 7 days of contact. John surveyed our situation, and was attentive to the various aspects of the problem as we explained it. Having previously called out a larger company for comparison, we were incredibly impressed to be given advice that did not recommend his services, but a different more appropriate solution for our needs. He explained what would need doing, that it would likely be cheaper, and even noted this on a pad for us to refer to later!
