Great service from the team in Guildford. They located the specific item i needed and phoned to say that it had arrived and was ready for collection. Customer service at its best! Had previous phoned Lunns (as closer to me) in Farnborough for the item, but the person l spoke to there was so rude on the phone l hung up on him.

Ripped off. Bought central heating cleaner Fernox F5 Express at Dumfries. Had an account with this firm for many years but since retired have closed it. Was charged nearly £32 when most firms sell it for less than £20. The guy behind the counter thought I looked a bit old and therefore stupid so followed his instructions to charge as much as they can get away with. New central heating going into the 4 cottages I own but it wont be coming from Plumbcentre. Very disapointed but not surprised.
