My Plumber Man Ltd

We are not happy with what took place, I used plumber man for many years and unfortunately wont be anymore. I asked them to arrange someone to visit and let me know if there was a leak as our ceiling had a few yellow marks coming through. I was not advised before hand that they would be ripping up our fairly new carpets and floorboards and wouldnt be putting them back correctly, thus leaving us with loose carpets and a gap in our floorboards which we have now paid to have corrected. If I had been advised on this I may of left it until we could get this done as well. Jason found nothing! I would of expected that when I complained about how the carpets were put back when I got home and that there was a gap in our floorboards that they wouldve wanted to sort it out, instead I was told this wasnt there responsibility and they sent me an invoice for £100, basically for messing up our flooring, we could of done that! As well as he didnt even find anything and we now have the insurance company looking into it for us so we can get the problem sorted. We have used them for many years and they have lost a customer and my friends who use them over poor customer service.
